Like Father Like Son

I have photographed barber shops in Cuba, Burma, Santa Fe, and many other places.  I am drawn by the visual, the social and the camaraderie found there.

I turned my camera this time on the father/son ritual of a haircut, found in Mamaroneck, New York.

  1. My fav shot is of the little boy and the barber’s hand is the size of his whole head. You really caught his vulnerability and the protective hand of the barber..very sensitive and brought a new angle to the scene. SWW + kids = always something riveting!!
